Pieces of Sky

A giant rubber shark gently bobs in the breeze above a community centre in Solent. It was paid for through funds seized by the Crown from a recent criminal court case against a local extortionist. Out of picture, along the side of the rubber ballon is writen "Say NO to loan sharks"
